October 29, 2024. – The Foundation's strategic business development planning is based on defining its vision, its mission and, as an organization, on the concrete measures we will take to achieve our objectives.
Aware of the process to be established in terms of project management, the Foundation works in concert with a visionary, passionate, dedicated team, faithful to the fundamental values ​​of the organization and motivated by the improvement of the living conditions of women living in difficult situations. An action plan is being implemented which, once completed, will allow to frame each action and guide all the stakeholders involved in the development of the Foundation.
The duties of the project managers include supervising all activities and operations of the farms, coordinating all stakeholders and carrying out appropriate follow-ups, to successfully complete projects on time and for all locations, where applicable.
The person in charge of the projects will be able to count on the collaboration of the business development advisor who is responsible for carrying out the preliminary analysis of the projects and advising the team not only regarding the projects developed by the Foundation but for all projects aimed at the general interest.
The Foundation is proud to have in its team all these wonderful people who have one and the same goal, the well-being of all those who will be part of the great family of the Nikmaq Foundation.
